Job Title: Night Shift Social Media Page Moderator (6 Days a Week)
Job Type: Full time (Remote)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to take on the role of Night Shift Social Media Page Moderator. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a positive and interactive online presence by responding to comments, addressing queries, and fostering engagement on our social media platforms during nighttime hours.

Key Responsibilities:
– Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on all social media platforms promptly.
– Uphold brand voice and values in all interactions.
– Address customer concerns and provide timely and helpful responses.
– Collaborate with the daytime moderation team to ensure consistent communication strategies.
– Report any emerging trends, issues, or feedback to the social media manager.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in social media management or moderation.
– Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
– Familiarity with social media platforms and their specific features.
– Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
– Exceptional problem-solving skills.
– Comfortable working during night shifts and committing to a 6-day workweek.

Working Hours:
– Night Shift- Sunday to Thursday: 7.00 PM to 2:00 AM
On Friday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Saturday Off

Salary: Negotiable
