We Are Hiring Front Desk Executive
Job Responsibilities:
Greeting and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office·
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and phone/email·
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access the reception desk·
Answer, Screen and forward incoming phone calls·
Perform data entry of new client profiles and update database·
Answer all information in a professional, friendly manner and accurate messages with the current date and time.

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service.

Proven work experience as a receptionist or Front desk representative·
Professional attitude and appearance·
Proficiency in MS office, MS excel, Power Point·
Written and verbal communication skills·
Excellent Organizational skills·
Customer service attitude·
Multitasking and time-management skills
