Job Hours: 10 AM to 8 PM
About Us: UniTik IT is the Professional Skill Development Institute. We are looking for a motivated and energetic female candidate to join our team as a Customer Relationship Executive.
Educational Requirements:
• Minimum HSC / BBA
• Experience:
• 1-2 years in customer service or a related field
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer customer calls and emails promptly and professionally
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries with care
• Provide detailed information about our products and services
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
• Capability to handle stressful situations calmly
• Flexibility to work varying hours
Employment Status: Full-time
Workplace: In-office
Salary: BDT 12,000 – 35,000
