Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of high-performance Flutter applications for both Android and iOS
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
Architect and build reusable components and libraries for future use.
Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across various devices and screen sizes.
Integrate third-party APIs and services, ensuring seamless functionality and data synchronization.
Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
Troubleshoot and debug issues, implementing effective solutions in a timely manner.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve development processes.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Technical requirements:
5+ years of professional experience in mobile application development, with a strong focus on Flutter.
Proven expertise in Dart programming language and Flutter framework.
Experience with state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or similar.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integration of backend services.
Strong understanding of mobile app architecture patterns and best practices.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Proficiency in debugging and performance optimization techniques.
Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other mobile development frameworks or languages (e.g., React Native, Swift, Kotlin) is a plus.
Knowledge of app store submission processes and experience with handling app reviews and updates.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Trello.
