Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven SEO Specialist to join our team at Yellow Bee Marketing. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, a track record of driving organic traffic growth, and experience with both on-page and off-page optimization. Additionally, the candidate should possess strong copywriting skills to create and optimize content, particularly for blogs. As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to increase our website’s visibility on search engines and drive organic traffic.
Key Responsibilities:
● Create, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve website
rankings and drive organic traffic growth.
● Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value keywords and optimize
existing content and discover new content opportunities.
● Write and edit high-quality, SEO-optimized copy for web pages, blog posts, landing
pages, and other digital content to drive engagement and organic traffic.
● Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, images, and internal linking, to ensure alignment with SEO best practices.
● Conduct regular technical audits to identify and resolve issues affecting website
performance, such as crawl errors, broken links, and site speed issues.
● Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to monitor traffic, rankings, and conversions, and provide insights and recommendations for improvements.
● Keep up to date with the latest SEO trends and search engine algorithm updates
● Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify gaps in our SEO strategy and
opportunities to outperform competitors
● Prepare and present detailed reports on SEO performance, including traffic, rankings, and
other key metrics, to management.
Qualifications:
● Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush,
Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Yoast.
● Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best
practices.
● Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create compelling, SEO-optimized
content, including blog posts, landing pages, and website copy
● Experience with technical SEO, including site audits, structured data, and schema markup.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Candidates with an English
medium educational background will be preferred.
● Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in marketing (Preferred)
