We Are Hiring for the Manager (Residential Care) Post!
About Us: English Fantasy, a leader in language education, offers specialized Spoken English, Basic + IELTS, and IELTS courses. We’re dedicated to providing a supportive environment for our students, helping them succeed while maintaining high standards in residential care.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and maintain the residential care facility.
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with students.
Control and manage the residential care students to ensure discipline and a smooth environment.
Use Google Sheets to manage residential care records and data.
Requirements:
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Interpersonal skills to build good relationships with students while managing them effectively.
Experience in residential care management (a plus).
Duty Time:
10 AM to 8 PM, 6 days a week
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications.
