1. Maintaining contact with customers regularly through call,email,sms.
2. Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives within a timely manner.
3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers.
4. Utilize to accurately document interactions and follow-up on unresolved issues.
5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and provide comprehensive solutions.
6. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
7. Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
8. Contribute to the improvement of customer service processes by providing feedback and suggestions.
1. Currently enrolled in a university or pursuing a bachelor’s degree program (or equivalent work experience)
2.Previous customer service experience will be preferred.
3.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling customer concerns.
5. Proficiency in using customer service tools.
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
7. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
8. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
9. Fluent level of both spoken and written English & Bengali.
