The “Customer Service Officer” provides Call Support and Chat Support to our customers and merchants to resolve their queries efficiently.
???????????? ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????:
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally via phone, email, or chat.
• Manages timely resolution of customer and merchant inquiries, promptly escalating when necessary.
• Adheres to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for escalating customer and merchant complaints to the relevant operational teams.
• Proficient in resolving complex customer and merchant issues under company policies.
• Contributes to enhancing the Customer Experience through active participation in idea-sharing and improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and address customer-related issues.
• Find customer and merchant feedback and deliver it to correct concerns.
• Manage and Organize merchant subscriptions and maintain the database.
• Perform daily assigned tasks as per the instruction of the Supervisor.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate via email, chat, and other customer channels.
• Moderate technical aptitude, with high competency in using G-suits, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.

• Bachelor/Honors, Diploma.
• Undergraduate students are also encouraged to apply.
• 6-12 months of experience in similar industries (eg. Logistics, E-commerce) will be added as an advantage.
