Job Responsibilities
- Processing and dealing with day-to-day HR operations/issues of the factory as and when required. Overall, HR, administration and Operation.
- Contribute to the overall improvement and development of the factory culture with innovation, revolution & leadership.
- Maintain records and compile reports concerning factory personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, promotions, disciplinary actions & annual performance appraisal; submit to central HR monthly, yearly.
- Continuous follow-up HR & Admin activities with all the Departments and ensure in-time support, coordination, and communication with the factory employees.
- Perform administrative duties for factory executive management. Coordinate with management & other departments as per requirement.
- Conduct analysis on absenteeism and turnover and take appropriate actions to reduce them.
- Take initiative to increase the level of motivation of the employees and staff by counseling, awareness programs, discipline, team building activities and unsatisfactory performance etc.
Checking daily attendance of factory employees and report accordingly. - Provide necessary assistance for recruitment process of factory.
- Ensure that the central HR has the support it needs in factory manpower planning.
Maintain factory Personal files, records and keep it UpToDate.
Assist in factory documentation works as per requirements.
Coordinate Performance Appraisal of factory employees as per instruction.
Any other job as assigned by the Management or concerned Authority.

Educational Requirements
Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Human Resource Management,
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
PGD in HRM from BIM will get preference.
Skills Required:
Good communication skills, Interpersonal skill, Multi tasking ability, People Management
Experience Requirements
3 to 5 year(s)
