Position: Digital Marketer (Intern)
#Role Description
We seek a Digital Marketing Intern to join our team on-site in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The person will be assisting in managing, developing, and implementing digital strategies and achieving marketing goals across our social media channels.

#Job Responsibilities:
Aid in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Research market trends and competitors.
Content Planning
Collaborate with teams for cohesive branding.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends.
Provide general marketing support.
Contribute creative ideas to strategy sessions.

#Educational:
Your educational background doesn’t matter as long as you’re highly interested in growing your career in this field has initial skillset.
#Professional:
Basic knowledge of Creative planning and executing all the Facebook marketing campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager
Basic Knowledge of the E-commerce Work Process.
Ability to work in a team or individually when required.
# Honorarium: 10K/ Month

We are seeking an interested Social Media Support Manager for our e-commerce platform. The person will be responsible for managing social media queries, solve raised issues and perform related activities.

Explaining and demonstrating products to customers through social media chat and phone calls.
Responding Promptly to customer inquiries.

Identify customers’ needs, and solve raised issues to achieve customer satisfaction.
Communicating and coordinating with co-workers when necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Need to be very responsive during customer support.
Must be able to communicate confidently
Basic Understanding of e-commerce.
Basic Understanding of Google Sheets, MS Office Tools

# Salary: Up to 15K initially depending on skills.
