Position: Customer Relationship Executive
Type: Full-Time – Saturday to Thursday (9am-7pm)

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and fostering strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve service delivery.
• Conduct follow-up calls and emails to gather customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
• Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in customer relationship management or a similar role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
