Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Webflow Developer to join our growing team. As a Webflow Developer, you will play a key role in transforming our clients’ design visions into fully functional websites using the Webflow platform. You will work closely with our designers and project managers to ensure that all websites meet our high standards for quality, performance, and user experience.

Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop high-quality, responsive websites using Webflow.
2. Collaborate with designers to translate Figma and other design files into functional Webflow websites.
3. Implement and maintain Webflow CMS features, including user management, content editing, and e-commerce.
4. Understand and apply principles of motion design, such as timing, spacing, and easing, to create smooth and visually appealing animations.
5. Optimize websites for performance, accessibility, and SEO.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve website issues.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest Webflow features and best practices.

Qualifications:
1. 2+ years of experience with Webflow.
2. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
3. Experience with UI/UX principles and design best practices.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
5. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
