Call Center/Telesales/Telemarketing/Customer Support experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
Job Context:
Experience Professional worked in any Telesales jobs (Website and Software selling) will be preferred most.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Sell companies digital products. Example: Websites, Software, Apps, Digital Marketing packages, Domain, Hosting etc.
2. Receive incoming calls or make outgoing calls and answer them about their queries.
3. Schedule basis calling to the old interested clients and take orders.
4. Chat with customers from Facebook/Website and give detailed information about our products/services to the customer.
5. Take the customer through the sales process.
6. Ensuring highest quality of individual sales.
7. Have to fulfill monthly sales target.
8. Welcome client with proper greetings and manners via Phone/Chat.
9. Make calls to the customer to remind them about their pending orders.
10. Keep calls data in google sheet.
11. Provide reports to the admin on a daily basis.
12. Excellent telephone manner, personality and ability to establish a report.
13. Must be mature, credible and comfortable in dealing with customers.
14. Coping with difficult customers.
The applicants should have experience to take orders in the following area(s):
1. Call Center/Telesales/Telemarketing/Customer Support/ Client Service,
2. Digital product knowledge,
Additional Requirements:
1. Adequate knowledge in negotiation.
2. Good listening skills and analytical skills
3. Should be sincere, polite, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.
4. Good Communication Skills
5. Have own PC/Laptop at home
6. Internet connection
7. Must have good oral communication skills.
8. Should be able to handle telephone or Facebook page inquiries.
9. Clear voice clarity & proper accent
