I have completed B.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering in 2019 from Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology. I achieved CGPA: 3.39 out of 4.00.
Work & Experience
Responsibilities: ADMINISTRATION 1. Generating month wise and year wise insurance reports and sales, various reports, quotations, application for various purposes using MS Word and MS Excel. 2. Making employee’s attendance report and salary sheet using MS Excel. 3. File Management. 4. Receiving and giving greetings to clients, communicating with them to know the purpose of their coming in the office and solving their issues. 5. Giving official notice to the branches, checking and replying official emails of our company. 6. Arranging meetings with our clients and companies. 7. Checking and maintaining the cleanliness of the office’s rooms. 8. Managing bills and signature collection. 9. Entering employee’s information in the company’s ERP software. 10. Checking total annual leaves of the employees from the company’s ERP software. 11. Talking with administrative employees if they need any help and provide support to them whenever needed. 12. Any other tasks provided by the administration. IT CONSULTANT 1. Solving problems in computer hardware, basic networking issues and company’s software issues. 2. Basic skills in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, E-mail. 3. Solving issues of printers, scanners. 4. Installing important software, windows and antivirus softwares. 5. Remotely solving issues of official employee’s using Anydesk, TeamViewer, TightVNC. 6. Maintaining and making proper connections of projectors, printers. 7. Communicating with the software provider companies whenever our company needed to purchase a software for their working needs. 9. Handling Customer’s Insurance related problems through phone calls, emails and solving them. 2. Receiving calls of customers to provide them necessary information about insurance.
Responsibilities: HUMAN RESOURCE AND ADMINISTRATION 1. Assist in selecting eligible candidates for the interview. 2. Inviting candidates for the interview. 3. Preparing job description. 4. Posting job ads. 5. Preparing salary sheet. 6. Giving official notice to employees. 7. Maintaining employee records (attendance, number of leaves etc.). 8. Preparing performance report of the employees and leave application. 9. Maintaining official file management and cleanliness of the office.
